湖南汨罗市依法拆除禁养区养殖场55个
10月13日，记者从汨罗市畜牧水产局获悉，截至目前，汨罗市依法拆除禁养区养殖规模户30个，专业户25个，拆除面积37760平方米，己全面完成洞庭湖水源保护区和兰家洞水源保护区退养任务。
2016年11月，国务院印发《“十三五”生态环境保护规划》，明确提出“2017年底前，各地区依法关闭或搬迁禁养区内的畜禽养殖场（小区）和养殖专业户。”今年4月份，汨罗市正式启动禁（限）养区划定工作，并成立畜禽污染专项整治办，全力推进畜禽养殖禁（限）养区各项工作。
今年8月，汨罗市禁养区内养殖场退养工作全面开始。9月初，整治办联合各乡镇依法对辖区禁养区内养殖场建筑进行功能性拆除。截至目前，依法拆除禁养区内养殖场55个，拆除面积37760平方米。
汨罗市畜禽污染专项整治办公室主任戴正强表示，按照市委市政府要求，十月底前将全面完成禁养区养殖场拆除工作，同时，将安排专人进行巡查，防止死灰复燃。此外，各养殖业主将与乡镇工作人员签订禁养区内禁养协议，承诺今后不再禁养区内养殖。

In August of this year, the retreat of farms in the banned area of Miluo City began in full swing. At the beginning of September, the rectification office united the townships and towns in accordance with the law to functionally dismantle the farm buildings in the area where the areas were banned. Up to now, 55 farms in the banned areas have been dismantled according to law, and the demolition area is 37,760 square meters.
Dai Zhengqiang, director of the Special Rehabilitation Office of Livestock and Poultry Pollution in Miluo City, said that according to the requirements of the municipal party committee and municipal government, the demolition of the farms in the no-restricted areas will be completed before the end of October. At the same time, special personnel will be arranged to conduct inspections to prevent resurgence. In addition, the owners of the farming will sign a no-nurt agreement in the no-nosing area with the township staff, and promise not to breed in the no-nose area in the future.
